Hop on board with SUP Kingston and enjoy weekly PaddleFit workouts on a liquid playground! PaddleFit is a fitness system created to help you to achieve your goals through consistent participation in a series of land-based warmups, paddling technique drills, and on-water workouts.
Prerequisite – must have taken SUP Kingston Intro To SUP or equivalent.
PaddleFit sessions are 1 hr. on Saturdays through July and August and consist of:
